3rd day on the program as a trainee (4th March 2010). We were showered with various online tests. These tests were actually based on a study by a professor to evaluate our skills before our training and to compare them after our training. Basically, to see if we had learn anything or improve on anything after the training. I highly doubt the accuracy of these kind of tests but it is one method of accessing ourselves and to know our position in certain areas. The tests include:
- Entrepreneurship Test
- Creative Potential Rest
- Emotional Intelligence Test
- I.Q Test
- Leadership Test
- Adult ADHD Test
Do not be discouraged if you scored low points in any of these tests. There are really no tests that can evaluate our capabilities and determination. Our human minds are way too great and far more capable of doing anything we set our mind to, something which the computer can never convert into numbers.
