Let's Present!

After weeks of learning about communication, this is it. The final test of our capabilities to present ourselves! So, let's present!

Powerful Presentation Skills (29th March)
by En Najmi and Miss Amira

The classic style of presentation: Present what we did and learn yesterday, to everyone! So we went out group by group to talk about NLP! We did well, except I was bombed for saying A very good morning to everyone! Instead, a strong stern GOOD MORNING! will do, it seems.

Again, the hot tips for presentation:
  • Watch videos of famous people giving speeches like Obama. I heart his speeches. Very energetic and mind blowing. Watch and learn from them!
  • Watch videos of people and expression. Bollywood clips? American Idol? Remember, presentation is not only about the content. You don't have to understand the language, you feel them! For me, korean drama is what i watch!
Okay, it seems that my tips sounded more like, GET ON YOUTUBE PEOPLE. See, its not time wasting, it helps as well :P

Next, we did a presentation on TIME IS MONEY. A simple topic, yet you can make points up and present it to everyone!

Powerful Presentation Skills (30th March)
by Encik Najmi and Miss Saras

Most important lesson for presentation: The four P's! Nope its not 4 Peas, but rather:

  • P for Prepare! Do not go to war without weapons!
  • P for Practice! Practice makes perfect!
  • P for Pause! Have a break, have a Kit-Kat!
  • P for Pamper! Love yourself, have a steady mind and heart!

and finally P for Present!  Time to present and give it your best shot!

Our group presented on Antioxidants ;)

Preparation for Presentation (31st March)

We went through from A to Z on preparing a presentation. Heres some tips:

Introduction: State how long your presentation is, your main objective.
Content: The bulk of your presentation
End: End with an impact!

I chose to do a product pitching on a product which I fabricated, MuscleMan(TM) and energy pill that will provide you with all the energy you need!

Presentation D'day (1st April)

APRIL FOOL! but still, life goes on and so we must PRESENT! sadly, we were split into two different groups, GROUP A and GROUP B. I was in Group A led by Miss Suze. It was really fun! The first half was presentation, in the mid there was an ice-breaking session. Dancing to the beatles tune!

The trio-girl-group dancing. Watch them here

We decided to come up with a play instead! Watch it here
The plot was about a guy who fell in love with a close girl and was willing to share the world with her. But one day, the girl left for another guy, leaving ME all heartbroken and lost. YES, i was HEARTBROKEN!. So much for telling her all my secrets ;(

More presentation to end the day after that. And it was a sad goodbye to the communications module. :(

Let's go back to basics!

Communication Concepts and Skills (Friday, 26th)

by En Khairul Najmi, a very inspiring and experienced trainer.

Yes, its back to the basics of communication though the communication module is already nearing its end. Communication involves a sender and a recipient, the transfer of information through a medium. Communication have a history to way long time ago where people would use sunlight and mirror, and smoke or sound signals. Now we have the snail-mail, the mobile phone, the internet. Technology has advanced for the purpose of communication. Yet, we still face a major communication issue. Words are still only 7% of communication, body language 55% and tone 38%. Sms-es, emails, letters: they contain only words tor occasional intonations to express our ideas and is very far from the ideal perfect communication. This is the reason why, though slowly, we are switching to video calls through 3g or webcam/internet, and video conferencing, all which involves the ability for the recipient to perceive the body language that comes with the message.

Again, the emphasis of communication: body language. Which is why people love Bollywood films. They are so expressive in every scene (which probably requires a very huge garden, ample of space to dance about). Communication is not just about speaking in brilliant languages, but also in an expressive manner, with impressive intonation!

Let's use the power of mind!

25th March, Thursday

No, not physic but the power of our brain, of our mind. Neuro Linguistic Programming, or NLP in short, is the use of mind to control our behavior and emotions which affects our interpersonal communication. There was much to learn from Mr. Faizal Kamal, a certified NLP practitioner. Though i have heard of the Laws Of Attraction or Attraction Theory before, I was shocked to have experienced the events for the day:

  • I was able to dwell into the sub-conscious world, where thereafter I could not control the movement of my hands
  • He made my friend, Renu who is a strong person to wander deep inside her sub-conscious and made her cry non-stop for at least 15 minutes
  • He was able to make us breath fresh air and feeling fresh as if we went to the top of the hill with beautiful scenery even when we were stuck inside the air-cond room.
  • He was able to eliminate phobia, e.g my friend got rid of his phobia for dogs
  • He was able to make Azniah, our colleague to hate the smell of cigarettes (he smokes 400 cigarette sticks per week) after anchoring it with the smell he hates the most: 'papadam'.
  • He made us channel our power into a lightbulb which could break a thin piece of glass (normally it wouldnt break it).

If this is scary, what happens if we are able to use 100% of our brain capabilities? As of now, we only use 10%, 5% or maybe even a merely 1% of our brain.

I was at disbelief. There has to be some explanation somewhere. I realized that there exist another world that only our minds and souls could wander, something that science may never explain with proof. The power of positive thinking and putting our minds and hearts into action to make it successful will be very useful to survive the harsh and cruel, ever-stressful corporate world.

Let's Write!

23rd & 24th March, Tuesday and Wednesday

Here comes a legendary author, Miss Liew Suet Fun to tutor us about writing articles for publications. She is just awesome. One of her many books, Gilding the Lily tells the true stories of women we may bump to each other as just like any other normal human being but with amazing stories to be told behind the scenes. She read a snippet out of the book regarding a female radiologist from Taiping, and I was touched. More about the amazing stories of ordinary people here on TheStar Online.

Of course, we as bunch of scientists had much to learn about creative writing. We were nurtured, thought to, ordered to use simple languages in our lab reports. I'd never expect to do any creative writing in laboratory reports. However, this does not apply just to explaining a scientific research to the public in layman's term, it is the art of using words to grasp attention and at the same time enlightening the readers. Creative writing is very useful also in proposals, reports, write-ups for businesses. We were shown creative writings from magazines, articles from National Geographic, Scientific journals, Reader's Digest. How they (authors) could explain things simple and yet so vividly, of course, with excellent vocabulary and use of the language.

Everybody should try write. For starters, if your are unable to write, try to read more books. Her advice was

  • Choose what you read. If you read rubbish, you will write rubbish. Shows the importance of quality reading.
  • There is no such thing as writer's block when you have the resources!
  • It is possible to adapt to another persons' writing style if you are fond of it

I was inspired by her during the session. I used to have this dream of writing articles to be published in the papers or as columnists but I ended up becoming just a casual writer/blogger. I was ashamed of myself because I did not pursue my hobby and passion when I was young. My English could  have been better and I would have written more articles. Instead, she told me that I am still young, and can still fulfill my dream if I'd wanted to. She only started writing 6 years ago and shes a professional now.  Meeting her brought up so many memories in me, especially one in Form 2, when i was barely 14 years old, I wrote a 20-paged fantasy novel to be submitted to my English teacher, though it was only supposed to be a short simple essay.

Let's Negotiate!

Monday, 22nd March 2010.

A fine Monday morning, to negotiate!  Mr Hisham is a very dynamic man, an extremely suitable man to teach us kung fu The art of Negotiation.

For me, this is very useful. I am always weak with negotiations, especially when buying products which can be obtained cheaper. Here, Mr. Hisham thought us how to understand the whole negotiation situation better.

  • In life, we negotiate to get better prices and to save money.
  • In business, we negotiate to get better deals, which means more profit
  • Not to mention, knowledge is power. Doing the cost-benefit analysis gives you the bargaining power!
  • During negotiation, listen to other party carefully! He may be leaking information which can be used to your advantage.

We had three cases of negotiation to role-play.

Star employee who wants 3 months break to take care of her slow-learning son. The employee is valuable, but getting 3 months break is too much!

Landlord who wishes to increase the rent after the recently completed highway. How to do it without losing the pay-rent-on-the-time-always customer?

Son who wishes to further studies with his girlfriend to reputable university (more $$$ needed). Bratty son can only study with his girlfriend!

I wish I could have posted the videos but it is available on our BeST Programme 2010 Facebook Group.  Try watching it, its hilarious!

Oh yes, did i mention Mr. Hisham is an extremely funny guy, who knows how to make people laugh, stay entertained and energetic for the whole day!

p.s I also received a pen from him <3 I got the Best Actor award!

Let's Report, again?

This time, it was a much harder assignment. We were asked to conduct a survey to understand the trainees satisfactory level towards the program so far. We chose to evaluate the the satisfactory level of trainees towards the communication module.

We created questionnaires containing demographic questions, and also various questions which mainly requires the correspondents to rate, select or give opinions to open-ended questions

Next, based on the survey, write a full-fledged report on the matter. 1 week later, we are required to present our report.

It is our first group-assignment, though we had various activities together already. Cant wait to make our group proud. Go go Super Genes. Aja-aja fighting! Gambate!

19th March 2010

Let's groom and Let's feast!

This was fun. Dressing up and feast on fine food! Aha, Grooming and Dining Etiquette

 Dining Etiquette?

We had an ex-stewardess Miss Noraini who worked with Cathay Pacific before. Her experience in Dining Etiquette is just awesome! Lets see some tips:

  • When dining, always thank the host and allow the host to sit before you sit.
  • When female guests arrives, gentlemen stands up.
  • When female guests leaves the table (even for toilet), gentlemen stands up.
  • Never call the waiter "BOSS" or calling them with funny sounds
  • When food falls to floor, do not pick them up. Same goes to utensils.
  • Place the napkin on the lap, not on the shirt like a toddler.
  • Always place hands (when not in use) on the lap not on the table.
  • Drink soup with a circle movement, outwards, then back inwards towards the mouth.
  • Try not to make noises when sipping the soup.
  • Break bread into pieces, apply butter then eat them mouth-sized pieces, not shoving the entire bread into the mouth.
  • If somehow, the napkin flew far away, get the waiter to give you a new one
  • Lemon-water prepared for cleaning fingers, not dipping your entire hands into it.

You may be wondering, why are we learning this. Some interviews are done over lunches with the potential employers. Even while working, there may be functions or events that you will have to attend where food is served. It is not compulsory to learn dining etiquette but having more knowledge may save you from countless embarrassing events!

At the end of the day, Mr. Farizal gave tips on choosing the perfect shirt and tie (including tying the correct knots) to the guys. Heres something interesting:

  • Ive always thought that the color of the socks does not matter, but it actually have to match with your slacks, not shoes!
  • Select the correct collars to suit face size. Round faced (like me) should choose collars with small distance between the left and right.
  • Select the correct tie pattern. If the pattern on the shirt is all vertical, DO NOT get a vertically-patterned tie unless you want to look like a stick. Get the semi-horizontal (45 degrees angle) ones.
  • The color of the tie can/should be contrasting with the shirt.
  • Try different types of tie knots. It is less boring that way :P
  •
The girls however, were thought on how to dress up and applying make-up for work.

 Mr. Farizal and Me

A truly memorable experience!

Let's express it!

Urm excuse me, express what? Express our ideas through our body! Haha yeah its Body Language for Presentation: A Picture Paints a Thousand Words by Miss Fatimah (superstar, did coaching in Akademi Fantasia) .

Contrary to what i have always believed, it seems that in communication, body language is the most powerful tool. 55% of communication is in the form of body language, 38% in tone and a merely 7% comes from words we speak. Its amazing isn't it?

We had our fun share of presentations on that day, alongside with press conferences, interview sessions. The main focus was using expressions to communicate our ideas. Acknowledge the audiences by giving them  eye contact and be versatile and responsive to their body language as well. Communication is not just about blabbering all the information out during presentation, is ensuring the idea gets to the audiences and that they understand it. And by all means, be animated and expressive during presentations, but not to the extent of doing a Bollywood dance in the midst of presentation!

Let's Interview!

After scoring with the resume and cover letter, what is next? Interview!

On 15 and 16 March, the mock interview day has come. My dream job: C.E.O, which is kind of ridiculous for a fresh graduate but hey, that is truly my dream job so i was not ashamed to say it out.

I was last on the list of interviewees on that Monday. I waited anxiously for the interview, trying hard not to prepare my script for it. I wanted to be myself and score the interview. Waited from morning till afternoon, only to know that my interview is postponed to the next day. More time to prepare? Yes! :)

The next day, I came prepared. I groomed myself. Yes, I shaved my face, put on my make-up and wore a suit. I wanted to get the job no matter what, even when its just a mock interview. As i step into the room,  I was bombarded with all sorts of questions. Here is what i have learn:
  • First impression: I think i nailed this one (with my suit, tie, clean-shaved-round-face) as I was not booted from the interview. The interviewers (En Najmi and En Farizal) sent a few people out due to long hair, messy look, etc.
  • Never assume you are smarter than the interviewer. Always try to listen before standing up for your points.
  • Body language. It gives out a lot of your secrets to them. How you fidget, move, sit will let them profile you even when you don't know any of it.
  • Never lose your cool. There is lots of pressure but try to remain calm at all times.  You may be bombarded from all angles but remember, you are here to get the job, not to win the debate.

In the end, I did not get the job. I was classified as arrogant, stubborn, etc, etc by the interviewers. At that moment, i felt disgusted, annoyed, sad, depressed, angry and being somewhat emotional, i shed tears (like a cry-baby). Its a life changing experience which i will appreciate for the rest of my life because i know that the next time i have an interview, i will give it my 200%. So, the next time you people (interviewers) shoot me, I shall maintain my composure!

Let's Be Entrepreneurs! + Let's Report!

2th March 2010, we had the opportunity to listen to an entrepreneurship talk by renowned speaker Dr. Greene from Babson College. She is a wonderful speaker and she went through all the major concerns of being a young entrepreneur with us. Her experience in the field can be felt just by listening to her explaining the characteristics of entrepreneurs. She shared with us an inspiring video which i feel i should share as well:

Entrepreneurs can change the world

The talk was for half-a-day, ended with a photograph session.

We continued with:

Advanced Report Writing Part 1 (Introduction) by Miss Norliza and Miss Nor Farahiyah. (12th March 2010)

*blogging in full-format reporting style, a sample report i created myself*

BeST Corporation

Title: Report on the level of BeST trainees understanding in business type report writing.

Objective: To understand why BeST trainees are not familiar with corporate style report writing.

Methodology:
1)A whole-day session of evaluation were conducted by Miss Norliza and Miss Nor Farahiyah to understand the 64 BeST trainees and their experiences with report writing.
2) Introduction to the format and style of business report writing as a basis of comparison with scientific lab writing.

Findings:
1) A high majority of them (about 98%) are from a Science background, they claim that they have been accustomed to writing Scientific lab reports which may have similar style/headers but different reporting techniques.
2) Science students claim the need to be accurate in presenting results, business style writing emphasizes on reporting what needs to be reported in KISS (Keep it short and simple). Less jargon needed and usage of simple but accurate sentences.

Recommendations:
1) Hands-on experience on report writing is useful. Prepare situations (mock or real-life) for the students to familiarize and practice writing business style reports.
2)  Give more examples/sample papers of corporate style reports.

Let's speak up!

In front of audiences! Yes, its Public Speaking Techniques by Mr. Farizal and Miss Tara on 11th March.

One thing that came to mind when heard of the term 'Public Speaking'- stage fright/nervousness. 5 minutes before any presentation or speeches, there will be upset tummies, excessive and unnecessary sweating, nausea and worst, vomiting before going up to the stage. Here are some tips to get rid of stage fright and have an effective speech:

  • Be prepared. Have the speech prepared earlier to ensure there is no room for embarrassing mistakes. If using the IT services (Powerpoint, projector, AV system), test it out 10-15 minutes before presentation time.
  • Mini handouts, not scripts. Have in hand mini notes of points to be emphasized in the speech, not entire script of the speech. People tend to get tongue-tied or stuck when they could not remember the words in scripts but can speak more naturally when they have notes.
  • Rehearse, rehearse, rehearse! In front of the mirror, parents, friends, brothers, sister. If they could not understand you, most probably your audience wont be as well. Rehearsing builds confidence!

So, never be afraid to speak up, loud and clear. Stay focus on getting the message across. On that day itself, we familiarized ourselves with several presentations including Press Conference, Debate and Forum. Each discussion have different styles but the focus is still there: Speak up, effectively!

Let's graduate!

10th of March. The day I will remember all my life. Me graduating with my first degree, Bsc Biotechnology, Monash University Malaysia.

I had no choice but to miss the class supposedly Communication Concepts and Skills by Mr. Khairul and Miss Nurul Sofia. :( But i was told that Mr. Khairul wasn't able to make it, it ended up the program for the day was replaced with business writing.

Lets have a meeting!

March 8, 2010. Effective Meeting by Miss Suzelina and Miss Iris Madona.

Having meetings may be the most common (and frequent) activity people will have to do throughout their career. While people may be disgusted by the idea of staying back late for meetings, it is crucial to have meetings to solve problems, brainstorm ideas, have concrete discussion or team evaluation prior to any activity or project the company has in hand.

We had a great session of mock meeting, how the meeting has to be handled in order to be valid and how to conduct an effective meeting where everybody participates, not just the tired boss in front of the table with 6-7 men around him all half-asleep while the boss is blabbering all the way through the 2 hour bootcamp meeting.

The idea here is to participate by listening attentively, giving ideas and voicing out opinions. Effective meetings will generate great outcomes and increases productivity. So next time you are called up for a meeting, read the notice or agenda distributed before attending the meeting, be mentally and physically prepared. All of us should work hard to achieve not only our career goals but also contribute to the growth of the company, and attend meetings even if you have to skip your date/romantic-candle-light-dinner with your girlfriend on that day!

Lets communicate! Week 2- 5th March 2010

Oh, here comes our communication module. The module that needed lots of self-confidence as we present ourselves among our peers and also the trainers. Not to mention the occasional video recordings and surprise photographers that records our activity in the class.
Embarrassing? A little.
Fun? Definitely!
Excited? YES!

The first tutorial was presented by trainers Miss Norliza and Miss Nor Farahiyah on Effective Resume and Impressive Cover Letter. My personal experience with job hunting: about 15 or more companies I had sent my resume and cover letter to: No replies except for 2 interviews. I tried my best to excel in those interviews. Curious to know the results? Follow on my blog where i will be discussing about interviews in Interview Techniques by Mr. Farizal and Tara Ooi in the coming posts.

What I've learned:
  • 45seconds (or less) to fame. Yes, that much of time to catch your employer's attention and interest. Employers just scan through so make sure it is a 'KISS' (keep it short and simple). Too much information can be a burden and with only 45 seconds, they wouldn't read that far!
  • Excellent resume design. No, not that template or auto-resume-generator-just-key-in-your-details type of thing. Resume writing requires lots of customization and editing. Tailor it so that it not only suits your personality but also your employer's tastes and what they want.
  • Customize, customize, customize! If possible, no generic resume, please! Learn about the employers company background and the 'values' they practice. To defeat an enemy, you must learn everything about them! (The Art Of War, Sun Tzu, 6th Century BC).

Trying to get that first interview is like war! it is the rough and harsh reality that we are fighting against so many other graduates and job-seekers. We were trained to create an effective resume (in a group) and presented it to the class. It was then peer reviewed and feedback were given to us.

Kudos to Miss Norliza and Nor Farahiyah for the awesome tutorial given. It was a great experience to learn it hands on, not just by reading articles on the internet about resumes (there are tons of it out there and it can be confusing at times). This is the first time I had a good look on what an effective resume would be and how important it is, not just my qualification and experience but the idea of communicating it  to earn my first interview.

Let's evaluate ourselves!

3rd day on the program as a trainee (4th March 2010). We were showered with various online tests. These tests were actually based on a study by a professor to evaluate our skills before our training and to compare them after our training. Basically, to see if we had learn anything or improve on anything after the training. I highly doubt the accuracy of these kind of tests but it is one method of accessing ourselves and to know our position in certain areas. The tests include:

  • Entrepreneurship Test
  • Creative Potential Rest
  • Emotional Intelligence Test
  • I.Q Test
  • Leadership Test
  • Adult ADHD Test

Do not be discouraged if you scored low points in any of these tests. There are really no tests that can evaluate our capabilities and determination. Our human minds are way too great and far more capable of doing anything we set our mind to, something which the computer can never convert into numbers.

Let's travel!

On our 2nd day and 3rd day (2nd and 3rd March), we were 'thrown' into a deserted place close to jungle, it was difficult for me as I was raised in the 'concrete jungle' and had never experienced nature in that way before.

We had: team building sessions, both indoor and outdoors. It was intellectually stimulating and motivating, although initially, I thought it would be boring listening to motivational speakers in a small hall located near the jungle and Sg. Congkak.

The outdoor activities was tiring, fun and exciting. There was this adrenaline to beat the other groups, so I did my best to obtain points for my group, Red Stars. There were many activities, each have their own meaning and purpose.

  • Filling up the drum with river water, 3 buckets provided. Not easy, mind you. The drum is filled with huge holes! The idea here was to insert your team members' fingers into the holes while filling up the drum. Its all team work. 15 minutes of planning before doing this exercise would save a lot of time, and energy, which may be the only way to complete this task. We rushed into it and could not complete this task (we did fill it up 70% though)
  • Finding 7 different objects. 7 different types of leaves, 7 different types of ants, 7 different 10 cent coins with different years, 7 layers of sand, 7 different shoes, 7 different rocks with different shapes. It was tough but we divided the job and we got it done within the time limit! Its all about multi-tasking people!
  • Mission impossible: crawling under ropes which we cant touch (similar to lasers in security vaults). It drove us into our competitive mode to succeed and have the best time among other groups. You will work as hard as your team members :)
  • Last but not the least, the I.Q challenge. Picking up cups of water using rubber-bands and ropes from afar, then directing your friend (blindfolded) to place the cup into the goal area. Again, strategic planning comes first. Rush into it and all we get was 'wetting the floor'.
The next day, we had more team-building sessions, fulfilling customer's order by making them a paper airplane (well, you didnt expect us to build a real airplane for them with our puny (or almost none) knowledge in aerospace engineering?)

At the end of the day, we were exhausted. Most of us slept soundly in the bus. It was a great experience but it made me miss my home and my city-life even more :(
I think i will appreciate my present life more and i will learn to value the things I have in my life and be grateful!

BeST Program Day 1 1st March 2010

It all began on 1st of March 2010, where we had our first day of the Biotechnology Entrepreneurship Special Training at UniRazak, Capsquare KL. We had the orientation, the introduction to the program and of course, we met our comrades, our partners where we will all be fighting for the coming 6 months in this training program to be the best.

The 6 months training program consists of 3 months of indoor/ classroom based  training and 3 months of internship. There are 3 modules in the classroom-based learning which are:

  • Communication Module - To be able to convey our ideas effectively to the people, presenting a good self-representative to the company in resume writing, c.v., interviews, body language, powerful presentation and public speaking techniques.
  • Technical Module - Scientific knowledge and application of scientific skills including lab techniques and to nurture the ability to familiarize with lab equipments.
  • Entrepreneurship Module - Where all our hard work generates $$. Bringing our work to the business or society, driving personal and economic growth.

We had a good session of Bio101 which mainly refreshes our knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP). Prof. Syamalar made the class very interesting though it was supposed to be theoretical by sharing with us her experience in the field and how she succeeded from scratch. The class was enlightening albeit a little short due to time constraint.

Food: It took us by surprise, we were showered with good food (food provided by a hotel!) for 2 tea-breaks, at 10.30a.m. and 3.30p.m respectively. We filled our stomach and had our Subway  sandwiches for lunch.

The class ended with a surprise from Miss Farah, a BiotechCorp representative, who gave us a shocking news: we are all going to Ulu Langat Eco Resort for a 2-day 1 night trip the very next day!

and FINALLY,

I LOVE YOU GUYS and GALS for reading this! THANK YOU :)

have a wonderful Sunday :)

p.s who wants to see Miss Hanani?

cheers ;)

edit (March 17, 2010): Pardon the pun. That was me blogging casually, sprinkled with  icings of sarcasm on a Sunday morning(not to offend anyone). On a more serious side:

My 1st impression of UniRazak would be

  • Location- Located in our country's mightiest city (to be proud of!), Kuala Lumpur, easily accessible and easy to find/locate. Dang Wangi LRT station is just around the corner, connecting this campus to everywhere. We have trainees from as far as Seremban traveling to here on a daily basis.
  • Size- 3 floors with lots of space to accommodate many student (or more precisely corporate students) It has the elegant business premise look to suit adult learners with higher expectations and demands.
  • Equipment/ Facilities- I am impressed with the facilities here. 3 floors of corporate building may sound nothing to you but we have here: large halls, smaller discussion rooms, computer labs, library, high-speed internet and efficient AV system (projector, microphone).
Overall, I was (and still am) very happy with the campus and glad that I chose Kuala Lumpur  as the training venue in my BeST application form. Honestly, I treat this place much like my second home, I am very comfortable being in UniRazak, where I will be upgrading myself to become a better person. I have a feeling I will be spending much of my time here but its all great. :)

A blog is born!

On a wonderful Sunday morning! ALOHA! Here i am dressed in a Hawaiian tee and jeans, enjoying my BEAutiful SUNDAY morning starting this blog. Its awesome right? thank you for visiting my little cute blog ;)
